LIke every month?? every two months??How often should you change your nail filer?
I have a metal file that I've used for years. I wash it now and then and I've never had a problem with infection. I also scrub my nails with a nail brush and soap when they're dirty, so the file doesn't really get that dirty. There are some files made of wood or other material that are no longer useful after you've used them several times, but if you get a good metal one it will last you forever and you never have to worry about replacing it.
